Servicenow Automated Incident Response

This was the most challenging, rewarding, ultimately defeating product I've lead the creation for during my tenure at Servicenow.

The product was presented to our COO, CJ in a dev portal wip state. It got crapped on. I was enlisted immediately to step in and turn the design completely around.

This product was the first to take on a semi-dark mode theme which I created but also used custom components. This is another huge no no. The UX team was also a bit less mature. I stepped in and lead a team of VX designers to redesign the app, create all component & product specs, and eventually lead another design to create a design system library for UX so that the entire product team didn't have to lean on me and my VX team so heavily.

After all of this was completed the revnue of this product was painfully low. The product was terminated in 2023.
